• Last Name
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)
• Last 4 digits of Credit Card being charged
• Washington Post Subscription Type
• E-mail Address on account
• Password

Follow these steps:

1. Contact them by calling 1-800-477-4679
2. Tell the rep you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. If you’re unsure, ask if you’re going to be charged again
5. Request that you be refunded
6. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
7. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

2. Click the link that reads “Sign In” in the top right corner of the page
3. Login with the email address and password
4. Click the link that reads “My Account”
5. Navigate down the page and find the option that says “cancel”
6. Click the link that reads the option that says “cancel”
