Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Do you have unopened product you wish to return for credit
• Name of Product Ordered

Follow these steps:

1. Type up an email requesting to close your account and receive a refund
2. Give the rep your account info when they ask
3. Request that you be refunded
4. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
5. Fire your email off to [email protected]
6. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.
