Follow these steps:

2. Login with the email address and password
3. Navigate down the page and find “My Settings”
4. Click the link that reads “My Settings”
5. Click the link that reads “Account Settings”
6. Navigate down the page and find “Cancel My Subscription” or “Close Account”
7. Click the link that reads “Cancel My Subscription” or “Close Account”
8. Give the rep your account info when they ask
9. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.
