Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Account Number
• E-mail Address on account
• Password
• Address 1
• Address 2
• City
• State/Province/Region
• ZIP/Postal Code
• Country (if outside USA)

Follow these steps:

1. Contact them by calling 1-800-353-3140
2. Tell the rep you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. If you’re unsure, ask if you’re going to be charged again
5. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
6. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

Follow these steps:

1. Goto the website https://earlymoments.com
2. Click the link that reads “Log In” In the upper right corner of the page
3. Login with the email address and password
4. Click the link that reads “My Account”
5. Navigate down the page and find your packages
6. Click the link that reads “Manage package”
7. Navigate down the page and find the option that says “Cancel”
8. Click the link that reads the option that says “Cancel”
9. Click the link that reads “here” to stop the reminder emails
10. Pick each package and repeat these steps for each one

Follow these steps:

1. Type up an email requesting to close your account
2. Give the rep your account info when they ask
3. Fire your email off to [email protected]
4. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.
