• Billing Address

• State/Province/Region

• Reason for Cancellation
• Last 4 Digits of Card
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge

Follow these steps:

1. Contact them by calling 888-370-2597
2. Tell the rep you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
5. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

1. Goto the website https://acorn.tv
2. Login with the username and password
3. Click the link that reads “My Acorn TV” in the top right corner
4. Pick “Manage Account”
5. Click the link that reads “Cancel Membership” on the left
6. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.
