2. Login with the email address and password
3. Navigate down the page and find “parents” at the bottom of the page
4. Click the link that reads “parents”
5. Navigate down the page and find “My account”
6. Click the link that reads “My account”
7. Click the link that reads “Cancellation Policy”
8. Click the link that reads “Continue” on the next three screens
9. Click the link that reads your reason for cancelling
10. Click the link that reads “Continue” on the next three screens
11. Click the link that reads the box next to “I understand”
12. Click the link that reads “Submit cancellation”
13. Click the link that reads “continue”

Follow these steps:

1. Goto the website https://www.abcmouse.com/
2. Navigate down the page and find “Customer support”
3. Click the link that reads “Customer support”
4. Navigate down the page and find “Billing”
5. Click the link that reads “Billing”
6. Click the link that reads “still like to contact Customer Support”
7. Give the rep your account info when they ask
8. Navigate down the page and find option to submit
9. Click the link that reads submit
10. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

1. Contact them by calling 1-800-633-3331
2. Tell the rep you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. If you’re unsure, ask if you’re going to be charged again
5. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
