How to Cancel Showtime

Get together the following account information:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email address on the account
• Password
• Date of Last Charge
• Amount of Last Charge
• Last 4 Digits of the Card Being Charged

Follow these steps:

1. Goto the website showtime.com
2. Click the link that reads sign in at the top right of the page
3. Login with the email and password
4. Click the link that reads the profile icon at the top right of the page
5. Navigate down the page and find “Account Settings”
6. Click the link that reads “Account Settings”
7. Click the link that reads the subscription option
8. Navigate down the page and find “Cancel your subscription”
9. Click the link that reads “Cancel your subscription”
10. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.

Follow these steps:

1. Contact them by calling 1-855-746-4778
2. Tell the rep you need to cancel
3. Give the rep your account info when they ask
4. If you’re unsure, ask if you’re going to be charged again
5. Request that the agent emails you confirmation or gives you a verbal confirmation code
6. As usual, just in case, keep the proof that you’ve cancelled handy.
